The role
This is a hands-on senior position where you'll take ownership of civil infrastructure projects from early planning right through to delivery.

You'll be trusted to lead, technically and practically while keeping projects moving, clients engaged, and teams aligned.

You'll be involved in:

  • Delivering high-quality transportation and general civil design
  • Managing projects end-to-end, including programmes, contracts, and client relationships
  • Supporting business growth through strong client engagement
  • Mentoring junior engineers and helping lift capability across the team
  • Driving quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety

What you'll bring
You're not just technically strong you understand how projects actually run. You've been in the detail, solved problems on the ground, and know how to bring people with you.

  • 7+ years' experience in civil engineering/ project management, ideally in a senior capacity
  • Experience across areas such as roading, transportation, land development, or three waters
  • Experience in road maintenance would be benefical.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Confidence working with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • A practical mindset and a steady approach to leadership
