About you

You might already have experience in business support, administration, or operations and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps the wheels turning. Or perhaps you're returning to the workforce and looking for a flexible role where your organisation and initiative will really make a difference.

At Pinnacles Civil, this role sits at the heart of the business. From helping coordinate fleet and office logistics to supporting our Quality and Health & Safety systems, you'll be involved in a bit of everything. No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how you like it.

About the role

Join our team to support key business operations. This role combines operational and administrative duties for a varied, rewarding experience.

  • You'll ensure smooth fleet management including registrations, servicing, repairs, and insurance.
  • Drive improvements in Quality Assurance and Health & Safety, develop expertise in ISO systems, and keep documentation organised.
  • Organise training sessions and maintain registers to foster staff development.
  • Coordinate logistics such as suppliers, travel bookings, and office needs.
  • Support project teams with documentation and reporting.
  • Help maintain an efficient Waihi office.
